As noted in our On the Level: Oregon Cannabis License Types introductory course, wholesalers can receive or purchase items from producers, processors and other wholesalers to be resold or transferred to any of the other license types.

Because of their role as go-between and service provider to all license types (even labs), wholesalers have the widest array of transfer rights granted to them.

In this course we will dive into specifics on the transfer privileges granted to wholesalers, divided into two modules for Incoming and Outgoing transfers.
