Welcome to On the Level’s course on Keeping up with OLCC State Regulations!

In this course, you’ll learn about where to find Oregon state regulations, how to keep up to date with them, and the best ways to get notified about anything new you need to be aware of. Your On the Level course work is updated as soon as new regulations come out, but it's important to understand where you can find the regulations themselves so you can access them when you need them.

As noted in previous modules, while the owner, licensee, and/or manager of the store is directly responsible for compliance, all retail employees need to understand these rules and know when they come into play on the job, as they are responsible to the licensee to maintain compliance while on duty.
