You may have already taken our Oregon general licensee course about OLCC rules that apply to premises management for all license types.

In this course, you’ll go beyond that to learn the specific physical and operational rules dispensaries and retailers are required to follow. As noted in previous modules, while the owner, licensee, and/or manager of the store is directly responsible for compliance, all retail employees need to understand these rules and know when they come into play on the job, as they are responsible to the licensee to maintain compliance while on duty.
