In this course, you’ll learn the basic rules on who can buy marijuana products, which types of IDs are valid and how to determine if a customer is visibly intoxicated. These topics are fundamentally key to working in retail sales, as they determine whether you can sell to a consumer at all!

As noted in previous modules, while the owner, licensee, and/or manager of the store is directly responsible for compliance, all retail employees need to understand these rules and know when they come into play on the job, as they are responsible to the licensee to maintain compliance while on duty.
